STL sells telecom and software business to Skyvera

The assets have been sold to Skyvera through its Indian subsidiary.

According to an exchange filing, Vedanta founder's Sterlite Technologies has sold its telecom and software business via asset sale.

The businesses have been sold to Skyvera through its Indian subsidiary on March 31.
