Mumbai: In continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20250321-55 dated March 21, 2025, the record date for the part redemption of debentures of Adani Airport Holdings Limited (Scrip Code: 976065) was set for March 26, 2025.

The company has now confirmed the reduced face value of the debentures as Rs. 88,715 per debenture. This adjustment reflects the outcome of the part redemption process.

Trading Members are advised that these debentures will be traded with the revised face value starting from April 8, 2025, under DR-607/2025-2026.
