Not just about reading
I read what really interests me…I feel academic books are important so that has to be there…For me, it’s not just about reading another book, the book has to transport me to another world. I also like to read fact-oriented books as they give me insights into things unknown.

Mixed taste
Speaking about my favourite author, what can I say…it has to be J K Rowling because of Harry Potter, which I loved. I enjoy reading fantasies, love stories, sci-fi, thrillers…I have mixed taste when it comes to books.

Physical vs e-books
I prefer physical books, because I find e-books quite straining on the eyes.

Currently reading
I started reading the Bhagwad Gita some time ago…it’s a surreal experience.

Screen mania
I love watching films, so whatever adaptations I have watched I have loved them all. Speaking of adaptations, I would have loved to star in the Harry Potter movies…it was a spectacular series.

Nothing but the truth
I don’t lie about having read books. If I have not read something, I don’t claim to have read it.

Next on my reading list
Someone I know has read Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari, and has said good things about the book. So I would like to give it a try soon.
