An American TikToker has accused Priyanka Chopra of selling her and husband Nick Jonas' pictures from Christmas shopping in New Jersey to the paparazzi to get them published on a news portal.
The TikToker by the username @thekylemarisa called Priyanka 'foreign born B+ lister' and accused her of staging her own 'paparazzi pictures'.
She stated in one of her videos that the recent pictures from New Jersey were actually clicked by the actor's manager and sold to publishers. She read a blind item and mentioned that the actor and her assistant tried hard to get a paparazzo to come and click their pictures without any luck.
She said, "Like every good PR couple, they got a spot in the Daily Mail… wait for the staged paparazzi photoshoot. I had a client in Montclair, New Jersey. I spent so many nights in a hotel, this is emotionally damaging. I love how it says ‘before uploading her travel photos on Insta Story, Priyanka and Nick were spotted picking up a few items in Montclair, New Jersey.' No one is spotted in Montclair, New Jersey."
As soon as the video was re-shared on Reddit, fans slammed the TikToker. A user commented, "Pap walks are nothing new but this woman expects us to believe multi-millionaire PC wants the money from selling her pap pics. I sense bitterness and racism. And fake news."
"How the f does she knows who even got the money is beyond me. She def is jealous," wrote another user.
Another user wrote, "The money from the supposed sale of pap photos will be the tenth of money her restaurant makes in a day. This is blatant racism. Unfortunately, nothing new in the US these days."
Priyanka holidays with Nick and Malti
Priyanka is currently holidaying with Nick Jonas and daughter Malti. She recently took to Instagram, where she shared a slew of pictures and jokingly took a dig at Nick for not showing any interest in getting clicked. The first picture showed Priyanka in a black and white outfit, clicking a mirror selfie.
Nick Jonas is also seen in the frame but with his head down while he checks out his cellphone. Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Priyanka wrote, "Perfect winter days. Ps: 1st pic- hubby is really interested in my mirror selfie."
