Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav is known for his sword-wielding, agility and oratorship. This time, he showcased another set of his skills by performing advanced-level Yoga asanaa . 

CM Yadav performed ‘Pincha Mayurasana’ (Feathered Peacock Pose) and Kakasana (Crow asana). He received applause from his colleagues for striking remarkable yoga poses.

His dedication to health and discipline were also recorded in a video, which is going viral on social media on Monday.

Notably, a training camp is being held in Pachmarhi for BJP MLAs and MPs. As part of the daily morning routine, a collective yoga session was held. The session saw active participation from RSS Joint General Secretary Shivprakash, BJP State President VD Sharma, along with several ministers, MPs, and MLAs.

Benefits of these asanas

Pincha Mayurasana: Pincha Mayurasana is also known as the feathered peacock pose. This asana requires a forearm balance resembling Vrischikasana but with a straighter alignment. 

There are several benefits of this asana like:

Strengthens shoulders, arms, and upper back

Improves balance and body awareness

Boosts focus and concentration

Stretches and opens the chest

Improves blood circulation to the brain

Builds courage and confidence

Kakasana (Crow Pose): Kakasana, also known as the Crow Pose, is a balancing yoga posture where the body is lifted off the ground, supported entirely by the hands, with knees resting on the upper arms. This asana also has several benefits like:

Strengthens arms, wrists, and shoulders

Tones the core muscles

Improves concentration and mental focus

Enhances body balance and coordination

Boosts confidence and courage

proves digestion and core activation
