Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): Gwalior police have taken action on a couple for performing dangerous stunts on top of a moving car, a video of which went viral on social media five days ago. 

In fact, a newly wed groom was seen dancing on the roof of a moving car, while his bride was sitting on the bonnet and grooving on the song ‘Ishq Ki Gali Vich No Entry.’

The car was moving on a busy road near the new ROB (Rail Over Bridge), with other vehicles passing by. Onlookers were shocked to see the risky stunt being performed in the middle of the road.

Challan issued

The viral video has now prompted action from the Gwalior traffic police. The car, bearing the number MP07 ZH-0835, was tracked. Also, a challan (traffic fine) was issued for violating traffic rules. 

According to information, the vehicle is registered to a resident of Sirole Dharikheda Jagra Road, Gwalior.

Traffic police official Subedar Abhishek Raghuvanshi, in charge of the Gola Ka Mandir Traffic Station, confirmed the fine and said further action may be taken, as the stunt not only endangered the lives of the bride and groom but also posed a serious risk to other commuters on the road.
