Sunil Joshi murder: NIA all set to file charge- sheet on July 10

BHOPAL: National Investigation Agency ( NIA) will file charge- sheet on July 10 in murder case of RSS leader Sunil Joshi. On Tuesday was hearing in court of ADJ VK Pandey.

NIA prosecutor Subhash Bhattacharya said, ” NIA will file the charge sheet on July 10 as 180 stipulated days is competing on July 10.” Defense Harish Mehta said, ” NIA will have to file charge- sheet otherwise, Balvir will be bailed out.” In addition to Balvir, others who are also in jail in connection with Sunil Joshi murder case included Lokesh Sharma, Rajendra Chaudhary and Pragya Thakur.

For others, the charge sheets have already been filed in courts of other state in connection with various bomb blasts. The SC will hold further hearing on the stay granted to Pragya Thakur in Supreme Court on July 3.

The Supreme Court had granted the stay to defense preventing NIA from interrogating Thakur in Sunil Joshi murder case. Therefore, NIA has not interrogated Pragya Thakur so far. Now stay is likely to be vacated in tomorrow hearing, NIA will be in position to interrogate Pragya Thakur.
