Sagar (Madhya Pradesh): A B.A student had the most adventurous bike ride of his life in Madhya Pradesh's Sagar. He rode his Royal Enfield Bullet, embracing the pleasant monsoon breeze for two hours... till he was unaware of the fact that he was not alone on the bike! A Russell's Viper too decided to give him a company!
The venomous snake curled up beneath the fuel tank, enjoying the ride before the bike mechanic discovered the poisonous reptile during the repairing work on Thursday.

The youth had taken his vehicle to a service centre after discovering some minor technical issue in his bike. As the bike mechanic lifted the cover on the vehicles petrol tank, he discovered a poisonous Russell's Viper snake hissing around the bike's part.

The service centre was immediately evacuated to avoid any casualty. Fortunately no injuries were reported, and the snake was rescued by a local snake handler.
Russell's Viper, a highly venomous snake and one of the significant contributor of deaths by snakebite in India and is known for their high mortality rates.
