Scindia selling Trust lands fraudulently: Complaint

BHOPAL: A computer businessman based at Gwalior has filed a complaint in the office of Economic and Offences Wing ( EOW) against Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, his sister and mother for getting a wrong registry of a land done and selling land to a builder.

The complainant Surendra Shrivastava, a resident of Gwalior, deals in computers. In his complaint application, he claimed that the High Court had declared land survey number 1212 of Kamla Raje Charitable Trust, near Scindia Mahal, Mehgaon, Gwalior as government land on April 3, 2006. He alleged that Jyotiraditya Scindia in connivance with government officers and employees, had sold around 2 lakh square feet of the said land to Narayan Builder Pvt. Ltd. Gwalior on April 27, 2006.

He alleged that the Jyotiraditya Trust had mentioned in the registry of the said land that it was in possession of it since 1992. Shrivastava alleged that three registries of the land have been done. He further claimed that Narayan Builder under a project of Rs 200 crore on the land which comes under prime location of the city is going to make a multistory building and a big hotel.Shrivastava claimed that he also has cases related to 14 other lands which were sold by Scindia family on fake basis.
