Mhow : The residents of Mhow have been suffering from stray pigs these days. Few days ago, a teacher had been killed by these stray pigs, when he was going on road. But, after such gruesome incident, the Mhow Cantonment Board (MCB) did not take any action.

Due to apathetic attitude of MCB, the city residents facing severe problems of stray pigs, in-spite of complaining, the MCB administration did not conduct any drive to catch these stray pigs. Irked over it, the local media persons have lodged complaint before district collector P Narhari. Immediately collector directed the SDM Sandeep GR to take action and conduct drive to catch stray pigs.

After that, SDM issued warning to the stray pig-owners and instructed them to withdraw their pigs from city streets. But, local residents said that without the joint drive of MCB administration and civil administration the problem of stray pigs could not be solved.
