BHOPAL : Production warrant has been issued against suspended DIG RK Shivhare, Pradeep Raghuvanshi and Vyapam officials-former Vyapam controller Pankaj Trivedi, system analysts Nitin Mahindra, Ajay Sen, CK Mishra and OP Shukla, OSD of former minister Laxmikant Sharma. The warrants have been issued from court of in-charge CJM Manoj Tiwari in connection with the fraud in professional examination admissions and various recruitments.
All are on judicial remand and all will have to be appeared in the court by June 30. STF is expected to demand police remand for confrontation with former minister Laxmikant Sharma who is in police remand.
Suspended DIG RK Shivhare is accused in Pre-PG medical admission and sub-inspector recruitment fraud. Pradeep Raghuvanshi is in jail in connection with Pre-PG fraud. Vypam officials are in judicial custody in various fraud in admission and recruitment fraud.
According to sources, with the arrest of Laxmikant Shamra, STF wants to confront him with Vyapam officials in connection with Vyapam fraud. Sharma was arrested last Sunday and sent to police remand till June 20.
