Weatherman forecast that nearby districts of Bhopal may have pre- monsoon rain
BHOPAL: Various parts of state experienced pre- monsoon showers on Monday. Sehore experienced a spell of heavy pre- monsoon showers. Khajuraho experienced light drizzling. Weatherman forecast that nearby districts of Bhopal may have pre- monsoon rain.

In Bhopal, mercury soared nominally. Bhopal recorded a maximum temperature of 40.5° C which was 1° C above normal. It recorded a minimum temperature of 29.2° C which was 2° C above normal. On Sunday Bhopal recorded a maximum temperature ( day temperature) of 39.4° C. therefore, it reflects that there was increase of 1 degree Celsius in day temperature.
Indore recorded a maximum temperature of 37.6° C which was normal. It recorded a minimum temperature of 23.8° C which was 1° C below normal. Gwalior recorded a maximum temperature of 40.9° C which was normal.
It recorded a minimum temperature of 28.6° C which was normal. Jabalpur recorded a maximum temperature of 41.2° C which was normal. It recorded a minimum temperature of 29.0° C which was 1° C above normal. According to Meteorological department, rain and thundershowers are expected in Madhya Pradesh.
Upper air circulation lies over north – west Madhya Pradesh and it is also moving towards western Uttar Pradesh and adjoining area. Cloudy weather prevailed in the state.
