Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The Chief Minister Jan Vishwash Abhiyan begins Friday, so no meetings will take place in Mantralaya as well as in districts on coming Fridays.
If any additional chief secretary, principal secretary or secretary fail to go to the field, they should inform the office of the chief secretary about it.
In case the heads of departments fail to go to fields, they should inform the in-charge secretary of the department concerned.
The government has given a free hand to the officers to select staffers for field visits.
The officers will review the CM Helpline cases related to their departments, the progress of complaints made at public hearings, and the cases under the Public Services Guarantee Act.
The officers will accompany their seniors during the field visits in the districts functioning under them.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal will visit Chhindwara as part of Jan Vishwash Abhiyan.
Ministers, MPs, legislators, and other officials will also visit.
During his visit to Chhindwara, Yadav will hold discussions with different communities. He will also interact with those who have done innovative works in the district and converse with farmers and those who deal with industries.
Yadav will speak about the public hearing and Samadhan online and inspect a government office. Yadav will stay in the district for four hours.
Jan Vishwas focuses on four points
The CM Jan Vishwas plans to focus on four points: interaction (Samvad), solution (Samadhan), sensitivity (Samvedanshilata), and simplicity (Saadgi). The chief secretary issued an order asking the officers to keep away from pomp and show during the field visits.
