Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh Police has launched a new campaign with the message – ‘Nashe Se Doori Hai Zaroori,' to make youth aware of staying away from drugs and addiction.
The campaign is being run from July 15 to July 30.
Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi also gave his message during the campaign. He said,
“Samundar mein ships desh ki seema ki raksha karte hain, lekin energy ke samundar mein naujawan hi desh ka future hain.”
(Ships protect the country’s borders in the sea, but in the ocean of energy, youth are the future of the nation.)
Hear him speak below :
He added,
“Jab yeh naujawan nasha karne lagte hain, toh desh ki neev hilne lagti hai.”
(When this youth gets into drugs, the foundation of the nation starts shaking.)
Tripathi further said,
“Indian Navy discipline, determination aur mental strength par chalti hai, aur yeh sab nasha ke bilkul vipreet hain.”
(The Indian Navy runs on discipline, determination, and mental strength – all of which are the opposite of addiction.)
“Nasha ek brahm aur vinash ka raasta hai.”
(Drugs are a path of illusion and destruction.)
He appealed to everyone by saying,
“Yeh sirf ek message nahi hai, ek zimmedari hai, ek behtar Bharat ke liye.”
(This is not just a message, but a responsibility – for a better India.)
The aim is to highlight how substance abuse can harm the energy and future of the country’s young generation.
The campaign will spread awareness across schools, colleges, and local communities, urging people to say no to drugs and yes to life.
