Narmadapuram (Madhya Pradesh): The state created history and won their first Ranji Trophy title after defeating 41 times Champion Mumbai in the finals by six wickets at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Sunday.

Narmadapuram boy, Yash Dubey became the hero of the victory who scored 133 runs in the final match. Yash hit 14 fours in his inning. According to reports, it is not the first time that Dubey performed well for the team. Earlier, he scored 289 runs against Kerala in the Ranji match on March 3, 2022 at Saurashtra ground.

Yash has been playing for Narmadapuram division for the last 8 years. Yash’s father is a retired engineer. Yash lived in various cities of the state due to the transfer of his father. Yash has been living in Bhopal for the last several years.

Yash started his cricket career from Narmadapuram division. Parents of Yash expressed their happiness over his magnificent inning in the final match.
