Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav recently welcomed popular travel and food content creator Kamiya Jani at his official residence in Bhopal.
The visit was captured in a video that quickly circulated on social media. In the footage, Kamiya Jani can be seen touring the CM’s residence and enjoying a traditional breakfast, while talking with Mohan Yadav.

Known for her viral series on exploring India's cultural and culinary richness, Jani was given an exclusive tour of the CM's residence, followed by a traditional Madhya Pradesh-style breakfast.
Perched atop the picturesque Shyamala Hills and overlooking the iconic Upper Lake, the Chief Minister’s residence spans over 30,000 square meters.
The property is a blend of modern architecture and rich cultural elements, offering a unique glimpse into the lifestyle rooted in the heart of India.
During her visit, Jani engaged in light-hearted conversations with the CM and shared snippets of the experience on her social media, delighting her millions of followers.

The structure has Chief Minister's official residence, secretariat offices, spacious meeting halls, a waiting area. One can spot a temple just as you enter the compound and adjacent to it is a Gaushala (cowshed).
The morning started with a brief sneak peak into the CM's residence followed by local breakfast including poha-jalebi and balushahi ragi, also known as mordhan.
When asked whether poha-jalebi originated in Indore or Bhopal, CM Yadav, being a true leader diplomatically stated, "It originated in Madhya Pradesh."
CM's family stays in Ujjain
Interestingly, despite having a huge and luxurious mansion, CM Mohan Yadav revealed that his family resides in Ujjain in their own houses. He said, "I have the right to stay in this house, but my kids didn't to anything to deserve this lavish lifestyle".
CM's anecdote
Yadav in fact, opened up about several anecdotes from his youth days, when he was a youth leader he used to run an eatery. He used to work in the eatery and simultaneously used to manage his political career.
During the conversation, Yadav expressed his desire to make Madhya Pradesh the most developed state in the country. He proudly highlighted the rich wildlife of the state. He mentioned the successful project of Cheetahs in 2022 from Africa. "The population of cheetahs have multiplied in the soil of this state", he said
