In a step to encourage vehicle scrap scheme to control air pollution levels, tax cut has been offered on purchase of new vehicle. 15% discount on motor vehicle tax on purchase of new transport vehicle and a 25% discount for a non-transport vehicle.

Rs 1500 rupees are being given in the accounts of 2.20 lakh women under the food subsidy for the families of Baiga, Bharia and Sahariya.

No hike under Ladli Behna Yojana. It will be linked to the pension scheme. 

Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga to be developed on the lines of Mahakaleshwar corridor.

1000 km road will be laid to interconnect rural and urban areas. Similarly, Rs 408 cr will be spent on repair works of roads.

Jal Jeevan 2028 extended till 2028. Rs 17,135 cr has been allocated to ensure water needs of residents and farmers are met.

Shahdol, Neemuch, Jhabua and Chhindwara will be connected by air.

A provision of Rs 19k crore has been set aside to meet rising energy needs. Solar park will be set up.

Rs 24,000 Crore Ken-Betwa linking project, Rs 35,000cr Parbati-Kalisindh-Chambal will improve irrigation facilities in drought-ridden areas like Bundelkhand.

Irrigation area to be expanded to 1 lakh crore hectares. Solar-run water pumps will be made available to farmers.

Rs 26,797 crore has been set aside for student oriented schemes like CM Scooty Yojana.

Over 200 anganwadis will be established at a cost of Rs 350 crore, while 3729 cr has been allocated for  management of anganwadis.

The state government will set up hostels for working women across five cities of the state.

Pachmarhi's Amaltas hotel to be fully operated/managed by women.

Finance Minister Jagdish Devda presents second budget of Mohan Yadav-government in assembly on Wednesday. The FM presented budget of Rs 4.21 lakh crore for the financial year 2025-26. No new tax has been proposed.
