Mhow : The Mhow Cantonment Board (MCB) President has sparked anger in corporators by delaying the promised visit. MCB President Brigadier Prakash Chandra has promised to visit eight wards of the city. He had to inspect the wards to get connected with the public directly since the wards are facing numerous problems including sanitation, drinking water, and encroachment.

The president has visited only two wards so far. The left six wards’ corporators have been waiting for the proposed visit of the Board President for long time. Board vice president Suresh Thakur said that the Board President should have kept his promise. He informed that the condition is pathetic.

The city drainages are full of dirt and are chocking. Traffic is uncontrolled and the low-level colonies are without proper drinking water facility.  Inspection of Board President has been a trend for years to inspect and meet the people. But, long time postponed visit has deteriorated the city condition.

The MCB employees, officers and contractors have stopped caring since they know that board president will not come.
