Makhanlal alumni to gather in Bhopal city today

BHOPAL: Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication is organising Alumni Meet at Ravindra Bhavan on October 15. Senior journalist and chairman of National Book Trust Baldev Sharma will be the chief guest of the inaugural function.

Founder director general and senior journalist Radheshyam Sharma will be special guest. Executive director of Rajya Sabha TV Rajesh Badal will be key speaker. University vice-chancellor Prof Brij Kishore Kuthiala will chair the function. Ex-students of the institution working on key positions in media and communication institutions will share their success stories in the programme. The meet will begin at 11 am. The registration will start at 10.30 am.

The university is celebrating its silver jubilee this year and has organised alumni meet for students of all batches from 1991 to 2016 who are coming to Bhopal to attend the meet from different places of the country.
