Khandwa : The residents of Khandwa on Monday observed the death anniversary of the music legend Kishore Kumar, who was born in the city on August 4, 1929.
Kishore died on October 13, 1987 at the age of 58. On this day, many Kishore Kumar fans from far off areas came to pay him tribute at his ‘ Samadhi Sthal’. During this, cabinet minister Vijay Shah, collector Mahesh Agrawal, police captain Manoj Sharma and state cultural secretary Renu Tiwari and several others were present.
Kishore Kumar was not only a singer; he was multifaceted personality who was at once a singer, actor, writer, director, producer and composer. And in all these areas he has left his unique mark.
