Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan on Friday when he stayed in Chhindwara participating in many events in the district as part of the campaign.
Yadav suspended the chief medical and health officer after receiving a complaint from a woman, Sita Tumram, that she did not get financial aid for childbirth.
He also took note of the complaint of Meena Banjara, who did not get financial aid under the Kisan Samman Nidhi.
When Yadav came to know that the misleading report presented by the Patwari deprived the woman of the financial assistance, he ordered the suspension of both Patwari and Tehsildar.
He also directed the officials to help the woman from the discretionary financial grant.
He also ordered the stoppage of one increment of the chief executive officer of Janpad Panchayat and the labour officer of Chorai Janpad for their failure to give financial aid under the Sambal Yojna.
Yadav directed the officials to issue show-cause notices to sub-divisional magistrate and Patwari of Chorai after receiving a complaint about land records on the CM Helpline.
The government lays stress on giving benefits of its welfare schemes to the people and will not tolerate any negligence in this work, Yadav said.
The chief minister directed the officials to ensure the readmission of dropouts in schools, 100% e-attendance of teachers, and giving relief to cyber fraud victims.
Good governance signifies working out public complaints on time and with quality, he said.
Yadav also interacted with the girl students of ITI. The officers and employees of the district greeted the chief minister for promoting them.
He also reviewed the progress of work in various departments. Yadav said that the common man should not move from pillar to post with their problems, which the officers should solve with sensitivity.
