Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): Another act has come to the fore to shame the police in the district. The police have to bear the brunt of not reporting the case of the minor girl who went missing from the house. In this case, the High Court has directed the Superintendent of Police to register an FIR against TI and ASI.
The Gwalior High Court has directed Gwalior Superintendent of Police Amit Sanghi to file an FIR against Jhansi Road TI Sanjeev Nayan Sharma and ASI Raj Kumar Tripathi to submit a report to the Police High Court within ten days. It has also been instructed that he should look into the matter and submit the information.
Let us tell you that the case was that a woman named Kamalabai had filed a petition in the High Court. That Sonu Pardi and two others have taken his kept minor daughter captive. When she went to the Jhansi Road police station on 15 June 2022 to complain about the matter, the police misbehaved with her instead of taking action. Sanjeev Nayan Sharma, in charge of Jhansi Road police station, using abusive language, lifted the stick to kill her husband, as well as an ASI Tripathi of the police station, took off the shoe.
Police station in-charge Sanjeev Sharma said that his daughter is not a minor. Considering this matter to be very objectionable, the court noted that the charge station had committed indecency with the petitioner's family and also relied on the statement of the minor based on the investigation. On this basis, the High Court ordered to take action.
