BHOPAL : State home minister Babulal Gaur on Sunday morning visited Hamidia Hospital to meet the family members who consumed poison outside chamber of DGP Nandan Dubey at PHQ on Saturday afternoon.

Gaur took stock of their situation from the doctors attending them and also made conversation with the woman and told her to keep faith in police investigation.

Gaur further said, “The investigation of police is underway and soon the truth will come fore to all and also instructed the police to make speedy arrest of people who are found guilty in the interrogation”.

Ailing Beby Bai (55), her sons Sanjay (25) and Sunil (23) repeated the same thing to Gaur that still after repeated complaints to Nazirabad police that Ramcharan was being kidnapped on instructions of Panchayat Secretary Jitendra Shrivastava and woman sarpanch Meera Bai, the cops have registered only missing complaint.

SP (North) Arvind Saxena who also accompanied Gaur during his visit to Hamidia Hospital said that both the sons of Ramcharan alleged that as their father highlighted the scam of Rs 10 crore in parsora panchayat made by Jitendra and Meera Bai subsequent to which panchayat secretary kidnapped his father. Saxena added that in contrast woman sarpanch Mera Bai and pandhayat secretary Jitendra Shrivastava told the police that Ramcharan was blackmailing them and they were being trapped knowingly by Ramcharan family members by lodging fraudulent police complaints against them.

They added that they were aware of the whereabouts of Ramcharan and making drama in front of the police. Meanwhile, even after lodging missing complaint about 25 days ago, Nazirabad police are still clueless regarding whereabouts of the missing Ramcharan Vishwakarma (60).
