Sanawad: Namami Devi Narmade Seva Yatra reached village Rawarkhedi on the 63rd day of the yatra on Sunday. Rawarkhedi is famous, as it is home to samadhi of Bajirao Peshwa. Participants of the yatra, as well as the guests paid floral tributes at the tomb. In charge Bhupendra Arya in his address said that according to a scientific research, the water of river Narmada is medicinal and clean. MLA Hitendra Singh Solanki appealed for cooperation from villagers in the campaign and also administered an oath of protecting the river. Khargone MP Subhash Patel and prominent social workers were among others also present on the occasion. The yatra will take a night halt at Makad Kheda, where it’ll reach via Sangvi, Bakanwa, Kanpur, Londi and Jirbhar.
