Bhopal: State shine in 38th Sub-Junior National Aquatic Competition

In Girls Under-19 category, 1-meter springboard, Shyama of Maharashtra got the gold medal, Dharani Tiwari of MP got the silver medal and Shubhangi of Maharashtra got the bronze medal.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The 38th Sub-Junior National Aquatic Competition-2022 is being held at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel swimming complex, Rajkot in Gujarat from June 24-26, 2022. MP’s swimmers have performed astonishingly well and brought laurels by clinching two gold medals and one silver medal.

Secretary of MP Swimming Association, Jai Kumar Verma said, In Boys Group U-19, in 1-meter springboard event, Prakhar Joshi of Madhya Pradesh won a gold medal, Premsan SSCB got the silver medal while Kabir Rao of Maharashtra secured the bronze medal.

In Girls Under-19 category, 1-meter springboard, Shyama of Maharashtra got the gold medal, Dharani Tiwari of MP got the silver medal and Shubhangi of Maharashtra got the bronze medal. On the first day of the event, MP won two gold, one silver and one bronze medal.

Coach of MP Swimming Association, Ramesh Vyas, who has won Vishwamitra Award said our swimmers did a splendid job. President Piyush Sharma and Vice-President Ravindra Dubey congratulated the players and the officials.
