BHOPAL: A Hindi play ‘Aashiq Daroga’ was staged under a series ‘Abhinayan’ at Tribal Museum on Friday. It was organised by Aadivasi Lok Kala Evam Boli Vikas Akademi. Based on story collection ‘Mansarovar’ of Munshi Premchand, the play was directed by Dinesh Nair. Based on urban lifestyle, the play criticised the present social system. It is the saga of a cunning man who works in the police department. How some changes in ethical behaviour came in the police personnel have been shown effectively through the play. It was presented by actors of Rang Madhyam Theatre Group, Bhopal. Anup Sharma, Shubham Sharma, Nidhi Sharma, Aastha Joshi, Vikas Sharma, Subham Upadhyaya and others were in lead roles.
