Bhopal: More than 2000 benefit from Samadhan Online

BHOPAL: A total of 2168 applications and complaints have been redressed through Samadhan Online till date. It may be mentioned that selected complaints from the complaints received by the Public Grievances Redressal department are redressed by the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the presence of the applicants through video conferencing. Samadhan Online is held on every first Tuesday of the month.

A unique public complaint number is given immediately after registering complaints on Samadhan Online. This number is sent through SMS to the mobile number of the applicant. Also information after redressal of complaint, demand or suggestion is provided through SMS. Also SMS comprising complete detail of the account is sent via SMS to the redressal officers’ registered mobile number to acquaint him with updated status. Public complaints are being redressed constantly receiving online and offline applications by the Public Grievances Redressal department.
