Bhopal: Ministers directed to supervise loan waiver process in districts

Bhopal: The process of loan waiver will start from January 15 and chief minister Kamal Nath on Wednesday asked his ministers to supervise the complete process in districts. The information related to loan of farmers would be uploaded on portal between January 15 and February 5.

During an informal meeting with ministers Nath asked them to tour districts and monitor the whole process. Awareness campaign, training and certificate distribution for loan waiver would also be organised. The work of Aadhaar card seeding would be done in banks and societies. Nath also asked his ministers to take part in the programmes in districts for loan waiver.

Nath said the process of people filing application in districts should also be completed. He said loan waiver is the biggest point in Congress ‘Vachan Patra’ and all ministers must fully participate in it. Ministers too gave their suggestions related to process of loan waiver in the meeting.
