Bhopal: The internal strife within the BJP burst out into the open in Vidhan Sabha on Tuesday. BJP MLA from Ujjain, Mohan Yadav raised the issue of accidents taking place in the city because of lack of guarding on power lines. Energy minister Paras Jain replied that it was not so, prompting Mohan Yadav to charge the minister with giving false information.
Jain has also been elected to Vidhan Sabha from one of the constituencies in Ujjain. The minister kept on replying to queries of the member but his answers could not satisfy the MLA. This gave the Congress contingent an opportunity to hit out at the ruling party. Leader of opposition Ajay Singh said there was no co-ordination between the minister and the MLA, though both belonged to the same city. Panchayats and rural development minister Govind Bhargava said they would settle the issue among themselves.
