Jaora: Adding another feather to his cap, Aradhya Sethia, 22, from Jaora town of Madhya Pradesh has got the prestigious Inlaks Foundation Scholarship of 90,000 dollars.
Aradhya was the only student from Madhya Pradesh. Inlaks Scholarships provide the opportunity to young people with exceptional talent in any field to broaden their vision abroad and improve their skills to operate in society, thus making them a future vehicle of change in their environment.
Aradhya, who hails from Jaora of Ratlam district, is set to fly to United States on August 4 to pursue LLM from prestigious Yale University. Aradhya had also got letter of admission from top universities including London-based Oxford University and Harvard University.
Growing up in a family that comprised his father Ashok Sethia, a small printing press owner in Jaora town and Manjula Sethia, his mother, a homemaker, Aradhya is youngest among three siblings with eldest sibling, Arpit Sethia and sister Apoorva Sethia, already completing graduation in management. Aradhya has done his LLB from Bangalore-based National Law University.
Aradhya, who has chosen to study law after two of his siblings completed masters in management, appeared in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and secured ninth position nation-wide. While pursuing LLB, Aradhya published three research papers on International Law (Cyber Law) by Oxford University, London. He himself presented one of his research papers at Oxford University on September 25, 2016.
Elated over their son’s achievement, Ashok Sethia and Manjula said their son has not only made them proud, but also their town and entire Madhya Pradesh.
