Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh): Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri popularly referred as Bageshwar Dham Sarkar has demanded a special gift from his devotees on his birthday. He urged his devotees to contribute towards the cancer hospital by gifting him 'one brick' on his birthday.

Baba Bageshwar celebrates his birthday every year on July 4. This year is no different and he has urged his devotees to avoid gifting him anything expensive, instead he asked them to channelise their devotion for a noble cause and contribute by gifting him a 'brick'.

The brick here would be utilised for a greater cause by building a cancer hospital under the initiative ' No gift, One Brick' .

Free treatment for underprivileged cancer patients

Earlier, in February this year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for Bageshwar Dham Medical and Science Research Institute, which provides free treatment for Underprivileged Cancer Patients.

Bageshwar baba returns to his abode

Following Baba's long foreign tour, he spent 3 days in Mumbai's Bageshwar Sanatan Math. Yesterday, late at night he returned back to Bageshwar Dham.

Despite after an exhausting travel he didn't rest and visited Bageshwar Dham Peeth for his 'Divya Darshan'. He engaged with all the devotees who gathered there for his spiritual glimpse.
