Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh): A 28-year-old man was allegedly stabbed by three brothers after he refused to join their illegal drug activity in Ratlam on Sunday.

The incident took place in the New Qazi Pura, Lalji Ke Bagh area under Station Road Police Station limits.

According to information, the victim, Shahbaz alias Shahrukh, was returning home from a wedding when he was attacked by Alfez Khan and his brothers, Farid and Shahrukh.

Alfez stabbed him in the thigh while the other two held him. He began to bleed heavily and was rushed to the district hospital by his family.

Shahbaz’s father claimed the accused are involved in illegal drug selling in the area. He said his son had earlier refused to be part of their activities, which led to the attack.
