Bollywood sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, known for their intense fitness routines, recently became the stars of a hilarious April Fools’ prank pulled by their trainers, and the internet can’t get enough of it.

Celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared the now-viral video on Instagram, capturing what initially appeared to be a serious workout session. The sisters were introduced to what was described as a “challenging exercise test,” designed to improve mental focus and mind-body coordination.

As part of the drill, the trainers stood facing the actors, creating a small space with their hands. With their eyes closed, Janhvi and Khushi were instructed to move their hands in circular motions within that space without touching the trainers, making it seem like a concentration-based fitness activity.

However, moments into the exercise, the trainers quietly stepped away, leaving the duo unknowingly performing the drill mid-air. Unknown to the prank, the Kapoor sisters continued the hand movements for several seconds, while trainers could be seen laughing in the background.

The hilarious moment reached its peak when Janhvi sensed something was off due to the lack of response from the trainers. She eventually opened her eyes, only to realise that no one was standing in front of her, triggering laughter from everyone present.
