Bollywood actor and filmmaker Sohail Khan sold a commercial office space in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 5.90 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by real estate analytics firm Liases Foras. The property transaction is the latest addition to a series of real estate deals involving members of Salman Khan’s family over the past several months.

According to Hindustan Times, the office space is located in the Arc One building on Link Road in the Andheri West area of Mumbai. As per the documents, the property measures 1,559 sq ft and was sold along with three car parking spaces.

The buyer has been identified as Bilkish Associates Private Limited, a company that offers debt resolution, credit and sales services to several banking and financial institutions, according to information available on its website.

The deal was officially registered on March 27, 2026. Documents show that a stamp duty of Rs 35.40 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 were paid for the transaction.

Over the last six months, several members of the Khan family have made notable real estate transactions in Mumbai.

In October 2025, Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma sold a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Khar area for Rs 22 crore. The property, located in the Flying Carpet building developed by Satguru Developers, spans about 2,500 sq ft and also features a 1,600 sq ft terrace. The apartment includes nine parking spaces and was sold to Shivaya Cinewise Private Limited.

Arpita had originally purchased the apartment in 2017 for Rs 18 crore.

In another development in December 2025, actor-producer Atul Agnihotri, Salman Khan’s brother-in-law, entered the real estate redevelopment space. His firm Shivansai Homemaker Infra LLP signed a development agreement to redevelop the 60-year-old Palimala Co-operative Housing Society Limited building in Bandra.

Property records indicate that five of the 11 flats in the three-storey society are owned by members of the Agnihotri family and their company, Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd.

More recently, in February 2026, Salman and Sohail's brother Arbaaz Khan purchased a new apartment in Jogeshwari West for Rs 2.78 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.

The apartment, located on the 27th floor of the Autograph Residency on Link Road, has a RERA carpet area of 1,243 sq ft and was bought at a price of over Rs 22,000 per sq ft. The deal also includes two parking spaces.
