Karuppu Release Date: Fans Go Berserk While Watching First Day First Show Of Suriya's Film; Trisha & RJ Balaji Visit Theatre - Watch Video

RJ Balaji's Karuppu, starring Suriya and Trisha, was slated to release on Thursday. But due to some financial issues, the film's release was delayed. However, it has finally made it to theatres today (May 15), and fans rushed to cinema halls to watch the film's first-day first show. Videos of fans cheering and hooting as the film started have gone viral on social media.

Director RJ Balaji, actress Trisha, and Karthi Sivakumar also visited Rohini Theatre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to watch the movie with fans. Check out the videos below...

On Friday, early morning, both Suriya and Balaji took to social media to inform the fans that the movie is finally releasing. The actor tweeted, "Dear all… Thank you for being with us! 🙏🏽 #Karuppu #VeeraBhadrudu from today! (sic)."

No Issues Between Trisha & Karuppu Makers

However, the actress' appearance at the theatre along with the film's team, clarifies that there are no issues between her and the makers.
