'Bhai Ko Farak Nahi Padta': Shiv Sena Leader Rahul Kanal Visits Salman Khan After Firing Outside His Mumbai House

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and his family woke up to gunshots on Sunday morning as two unidentified assailants fired several rounds at his lavish residence in Bandra, Mumbai. And as the cops have now launched an investigation, Shiv Sena leader Rahul Kanal was seen paying a visit to the actor and he also shared the first update about the worried family.

Kanal, who happens to be quite close to the 'Khan-daan', was seen exiting the actor's Galaxy Apartments around noon and as soon as he stepped out, he was surrounded by the paparazzi, who were waiting for one update from the actor.

As the paps enquired if Salman was doing fine, Kanal replied, "Bas dua hai upar wale ki. All good. Bhai ko kuch farak nahi padta".

As per the police, five rounds were fired at Salman's Galaxy Apartments as early as 5 am on Sunday, post which the shooters fled on a motorcycle. So far, five people have been questioned by the cops in the case, and a CCTV of the assailants has also surfaced through which the police is trying to identify the two men.

Forensic experts reached Salman's house on Sunday morning to find any piece of evidence that they can get their hands on.

While no one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is one of the prime suspects, owing to his longstanding feud with Salman over the blackbuck poaching case.

Meanwhile, security has been beefed up outside Salman's residence and people have been prohibited to gather in the area. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde too personally called the actor and assured him that the security of his family will be treated as priority.
