MP: Masked Men Waylay School Bus In Jabalpur, Attack Driver & Conductor (Visuals Surface)

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A few masked assailants allegedly waylaid a school bus, attacked the driver and conductor with knives in Jabalpur on Thursday. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras. The footage shows the attackers, with faces covered in white cloth, fleeing the spot.

The private school bus was about to pick up schoolchildren. The three masked criminals intercepted the bus, violently attacking the driver and conductor at knifepoint. After the assault, they swiftly escaped from the scene. Following the incident, the three perpetrators were captured on CCTV and are now in police custody.

The bus driver and conductor, alarmed by the attack, promptly reported the incident to the Dhanvantari Nagar Police Station, leading to the registration of an FIR (First Information Report). The police have initiated an investigation into the matter under various sections, examining the CCTV footage from the crime scene.

Sateesh Jhariya, in charge of the Dhanvantari Nagar Police Station, revealed that a formal complaint had been lodged by the bus conductor and driver. The police are actively conducting a thorough examination of the entire case based on the evidence obtained from the CCTV cameras at the scene. The identification of the culprits is underway, and arrests are imminent."
