New Delhi: What was supposed to be a supportive shoutout to the little viral girl from Arunachal Pradesh, who had responded firmly to people not to call her "Chinese" and that she was Indian, ended up being an embarrassing moment for Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra after she allegedly mixed up Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh.
"My little darling girl, you are India. You are our pure soul, our heart. You are what makes us love our country. Jai Hind. Jai Manipur," she wrote for the girl from Itanagar.
Netizens were quick to identify the error. One of the users wrote, "So Itanagar is in Manipur. One new GK for me."
