Ahead of the highly anticipated India vs Pakistan clash, former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar met India’s rising star Abhishek Sharma in Dubai.

Earlier this month, Abhishek Sharma played a remarkable knock of 135 runs against England in the 5th T20I at Wankhede. With this, he became the highest individual scorer for India in T20Is and also set a record by smashing 13 sixes in an innings.

India has made a strong start in the Champions Trophy, defeating Bangladesh by six wickets. Shubman Gill scored a brilliant century, while Mohammed Shami picked up five wickets in his comeback match.

Now, India is set to face arch-rivals Pakistan on Sunday. Pakistan, having lost their opening match against New Zealand, faces a must-win situation to stay in the tournament.
