Western Railway Extends Special Train Services Until Late March 2026 To Clear Holi Rush Across Key Routes; Check Details
Western Railway has extended multiple special train services connecting Mumbai, Indore, Bhiwani, Bhusaval, Surat, Mangaluru and Gujarat routes till late March 2026 to ease heavy passenger rush during the Holi festive season, with bookings opening from February 17.

Mumbai, Feb 16: For the convenience of passengers and to clear the extra rush of passengers during the upcoming festive season of Holi, Western Railway has extended the trips of special trains between various destinations.
According to Chief Public Relations Officer, Western Railway, Vineet Abhishek, details of the trains are as under:
1. Train No. 09085/09086 Mumbai Central – Indore Tri-Weekly Special
Train No. 09085 Mumbai Central – Indore Special has been extended up to 27th March, 2026. Similarly, Train No. 09086 Indore – Mumbai Central Special has been extended up to 28th March, 2026.
2. Train No. 09001/09002 Mumbai Central – Bhiwani Bi-Weekly Special
Train No. 09001 Mumbai Central – Bhiwani Special has been extended up to 27th March, 2026. Similarly, Train No. 09002 Bhiwani – Mumbai Central Special has been extended up to 28th March, 2026.
3. Train No. 09049/09050 Dadar – Bhusaval Weekly Special
Train No. 09049 Dadar – Bhusaval Special has been extended up to 27th March, 2026. Similarly, Train No. 09050 Bhusaval – Dadar Special has been extended up to 27th March, 2026.
4. Train No. 09051/09052 Dadar – Bhusaval Tri-Weekly Special
Train No. 09051 Dadar – Bhusaval Special has been extended up to 28th March, 2026. Similarly, Train No. 09052 Bhusaval – Dadar Special has been extended up to 28th March, 2026.
5. Train No. 09005/09006 Bandra Terminus – Bhiwani Weekly Special
Train No. 09005 Bandra Terminus – Bhiwani Special has been extended up to 25th March, 2026. Train No. 09006 Bhiwani – Bandra Terminus Special has been extended up to 27th March, 2026.
6. Train No. 09057/09058 Surat – Mangaluru Bi-Weekly Special
Train No. 09057 Surat – Mangaluru Special has been extended up to 29th March, 2026. Train No. 09058 Mangaluru – Surat Special has been extended up to 30th March, 2026.
7. Train No. 09211/09212 Gandhigram – Botad Special (Daily Unreserved)
Train No. 09211 Gandhigram – Botad Special has been extended up to 31st March, 2026. Similarly, Train No. 09212 Botad – Gandhigram Special has been extended up to 31st March, 2026.
8. Train No. 09530/09529 Bhavnagar – Dhola Special (Daily Unreserved)
Train No. 09530 Bhavnagar – Dhola Special has been extended up to 31st March, 2026. Similarly, Train No. 09529 Dhola – Bhavnagar Special has been extended up to 31st March, 2026.
