Navi Mumbai: NMMC Sets Up Zone-Wise Coordinators To Assist Parents With RTE Admissions For 2025-26
Foreseeing that parents intending to take admission under the Right of Children to free and compulsory education act 2009, could face difficulties while filling the forms, NMMC has set up zone wise centre coordinators. Corporation has released the node wise coordinators numbers for citizens to contact and seek clarity on the ways to seek admission within city schools.

Navi Mumbai: Foreseeing that parents intending to take admission under the Right of Children to free and compulsory education act 2009, could face difficulties while filling the forms, NMMC has set up zone wise centre coordinators.
Corporation has released the node wise coordinators numbers for citizens to contact and seek clarity on the ways to seek admission within city schools.
The government has started the online admission application process for the 2025-26 academic year from January 14, 2025. Parents can submit the application forms only until January 27, 2025.
“The application can be filled out on the website: https://student.maharashtra.gov.in/adm_portal. Guidelines for filling out the admission form are provided on the RTE 25% Admission Portal. However if there are still doubts then the corporation has coordinators to provide assistance,” said an official.
Alternatively, to assist parents facing difficulties in filling out the RTE 25% online admission form, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation has also created an email ID: nmmcrte25@gmail.com. Additionally, for further information, parents can contact the respective zone-wise center coordinators.
