Mumbai News: Interstate Drugs Racket Busted, 2 Held From Mahim
The accused has been involved in multiple criminal cases against him and was arrested in NDPS matter also for which he was presently on bail.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Mumbai, has busted an interstate drug syndicate and seized Mephedrone (MD) worth Rs75 lakh. The agency sleuths have also arrested two persons, including an alleged distributor from Mumbai.
Recovery Of 500g Mephedrone At Borivali Railway Station
On alerting intelligence networks on an active syndicate, a man from Mahim, LG Khan, was identified as the local carrier tasked to transport a consignment of MD via train from Borivali on April 30, officials said. A perimeter was set up to zero down Khan, who was found to be carrying 500gm drugs.
Officials said that spot questioning with tactful approach led Khan to disclose the details about a handler named UU Khan, also from Mahim. UU Khan was arrested from his home after an extensive search of the area. Incriminating evidence from both suspects is currently under inspection.
Ongoing Investigations Against The Accused
Agency officials said that UU Khan has been involved in multiple criminal cases and was arrested in a drugs case in which he was currently out on bail. Further investigation is underway to gather details of other linkages, officials said.
