Suburban train services on the Western Railway's slow line were disrupted on Monday after tree branches fell onto the tracks near Parel station.
The incident occurred around 11:30 am, leading to delays in a few local services. A spokesperson for Western Railway said that the obstruction was cleared by 11:59 am, and services were restored within the next 30 minutes.

“Only some slow line services were affected due to the fallen branches. The track was cleared swiftly, and normal services resumed shortly after,” the WR official stated.
According to WR, as of now, train operations on the Western Railway are running smoothly.
