MHADA Konkan Board Housing Lottery 2025: 13,891 Applications Received For 5,285 Flats And 77 Plots In Thane, Palghar & Sindhudurg

Mumbai: The Konkan Housing and Area Development Board, a regional unit of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), has announced a lottery for the sale of 5,285 residential flats under various housing schemes in Thane city and district and Vasai (District Palghar), along with 77 plots located in District: Sindhudurg and Kulgaon-Badlapur.

Online Registration Open Till August 13

Till Wednesday July 23rd it received nearly 13,891 applications from interested homebuyers whereas of which 5,165 applicants already paid the earnest money deposit to MHADA. The registration and application process for the lottery commenced on July 14, 2025, from 1 PM.

Flats Available Under Five Housing Schemes

The lottery is structured into five components. Under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, 565 flats are available. Under the 15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme, 3,002 flats are offered.

An additional 1,677 flats under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme, including scattered units in existing locations, and 41 flats designated under the 50% Affordable Housing category are also available. Furthermore, 77 residential plots are being offered under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme.

Online applications can be submitted until 11:59 PM on August 13, 2025. The earnest money deposit (EMD) payment can be completed online until 11:59 PM on August 14, 2025. Applications that are complete in all respects and supported by required documents will be considered eligible.

Provisional List To Be Published On August 21

The provisional list of eligible applications will be published on August 21st, 2025, at 6 PM on MHADA’s official website. Applicants may raise claims or objections regarding the provisional list until August 25th 2025, 6 PM. The final list of eligible applicants will be published on September 1st at 6 PM on the same website.

Lottery Draw Scheduled For September 3

The computerised draw will be conducted for eligible applications on September 3, 2025, at 10 AM at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, Thane. Applicants will receive lottery results via SMS, email, and the mobile application.
