Central Railway’s Mumbai Division will operate a special traffic and power block from 12.30 pm on February 21 to 7.30 am on February 22 for commissioning of a new goods line at Kharbao under the DFCCIL project. Several MEMU trains will be cancelled, some regulated, and other services may face delays of 25–30 minutes.
