National Games: State Mallakhamb Team Leaves For Goa

Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): The 37th National Games is being organised in Panaji, Goa from October 26 to October 28, in which the team from Madhya Pradesh will also participate. Madhya Pradesh Mallakhamb team left for Goa from here on Monday night.
On October 4, Madhya Pradesh Mallkhamb team was selected in the Madhav Seva Trust premises under the guidance of Vijay Bali, secretary of Madhya Pradesh Mallakhamb Organisation.
Selection trials were organised on the orders of Mallakhamb Federation of India and Indian Olympic Association. In this excellent players from Bhopal, Chhatarpur, Khachrod, Shajapur and Ujjain participated, six female and six male players are to participate from the state team.
It was announced through a press note by Vijay Bali, secretary of Madhya Pradesh Malkhamb Organisation. The responsibility of organising the selection trial was handed over to Dronacharya Awardee Yogesh Malviya and Vishwamitra Awardee Mohanlal Bamboria.
Santosh Rathod has been given the responsibility of administrator with the Madhya Pradesh team, while Shivansh Kaushal has been selected as the men's trainer and Shweta Chauhan has been selected as the women’s trainer.
