Property Registries Can Be Executed On Saturday Too |

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Now the registries (the registration of documents) can be executed even on Saturdays starting from today. The offices of Registrar and Stamps located in the district will remain open even on Saturdays.

As per the instruction of the State Government, all the offices will remain open even on Saturday holidays in the month of February. Senior district registrar Deepak Kumar Sharma informed here on Friday that in order to provide more convenience to the public in the registration work of documents and keeping in view the revenue of the government, all the deputy registrar and senior district registrar and district registrar offices located at the district headquarters will remain open for registration and government work on Saturday holidays on 15th and 22nd  February.

On the said holidays, senior district registrar office and senior deputy registrar office, Moti Tabela Indore will remain open and registration and other administrative work will be done like normal days.

Anti-Encroachment Drive Near Annapurna

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Civic authorities undertook an anti-encroachment drive on Narendra Tiwari Marg (Charu Medical to Shri Ji Juice Centre) in a bid to smoothen the traffic flow on the road. During the operation, fines amounting to Rs 12,500 were collected and one truck of illegally placed goods was seized.

Unauthorised tin sheds and other obstructions were removed. Traffic police issued strict warning to shopkeepers against future encroachments, warning of severe penalties for violations.

The drive was led by SDM Seema Maurya, zonal officer Sunil Singh Jadon, building inspector Anubhuti Madavi and officials from the encroachment removal team and traffic department and conducted under the instructions of collector Asheesh Singh and commissioner Shivam Verma. The administration highlighted that maintaining clear roads is essential for smooth traffic movement and public safety.
