Varanasi Man Gets Fired From Bank Over Negligence, Sets Himself On Fire—VIDEO
A fired banker from private bank attempted suicide by self-immolation, accusing branch leaders of responsibility. Rescued in time, he was hospitalized after fainting during the incident in Sidhora, Buchi village.

Varanasi: A video has been gaining traction online as a banker who was fired recently from a bank was seen pouring flammable petrol on himself stating that he was going to commit suicide and the responsible would be the head of the branch and the Managing Director of the first branch of private bank.
After the video ends, he took out a matchstick and set himself on fire. People extinguished the fire before it could spread to his entire body. When he fainted during the scuffle, the police admitted him to the nearby SBS hospital. The said person is a resident of Buchi village of Sidhora police station area.
In the video, the man introduces himself as Sunil Kumar Mishra, an employee of private bank located on Ravindrapuri Road in Bhelupur police station area, and he is ready to commit suicide and proceeds to pour petrol on his body from a plastic water bottle on Friday evening warning that he will match the matchstick within 30 minutes and asks for peoples support. He was seen wiping his eyes as the petrol caused burn making him tear by the end of the video.
According to police station in-charge Vijay Narayan Mishra, Sunil was later sent to BHU Trauma Center for treatment. After some time he was sent home. He was fired from his job by the bank manager due to negligence.
