Hapur, February 16: In a shocking incident, a woman has filed a police complaint against her father-in-law, accusing him of attempting to molest her in Uttar Pradesh's Hapur. Furious because the woman did not give in to his demands, the elderly man took an extreme step which surprised everyone. When the woman resisted and took shelter at her sister-in-law’s house, the enraged father-in-law allegedly called for a bulldozer and demolished her house.
Details About The Incident
As per reports from Live Hindustan, the incident took place near Garh Nagar in Hapur District. The woman filed a complaint and stated in her complaint that her husband is an alcoholic and a gambler, leaving her to work as a labourer to support the family. She also mentioned that her father-in-law is addicted to alcohol.
On the morning of Thursday (February 6), while she was alone at home, her father-in-law allegedly entered the house and tried to assault her. The woman managed to escape by pushing him away and ran to her sister-in-law’s house for safety. Furious over her escape, the father-in-law reportedly arranged for a bulldozer and had her house completely demolished. As a result, the woman and her family were left homeless.

The woman filed a report at the local police station, detailing the entire incident. Inspector Neeraj Kumar confirmed that based on her complaint, a case was registered against the accused father-in-law. He has since been taken into judicial custody and sent to jail.
The police are continuing their investigation and legal action will be taken against the accused after the investigation is complete.
