Rajasthan Police Arrest Alwar Resident Mangat Singh For Spying For Pakistan’s ISI Under Official Secrets Act
Rajasthan's CID Intelligence has arrested a Pakistani spy sending information to the ISI. The accused was in touch with Pakistani handlers through social media for the last couple of years. As per intelligence officials, the accused Mangat Singh from Govindgarh, Alwar, has been arrested under the Official Secrets Act, 1923.

Jaipur: Rajasthan's CID Intelligence has arrested a Pakistani spy sending information to the ISI. The accused was in touch with Pakistani handlers through social media for the last couple of years. As per intelligence officials, the accused Mangat Singh from Govindgarh, Alwar, has been arrested under the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
Operation Sindoor leads to spy’s capture in Alwar cantonment area
“Following Operation Sindoor, special surveillance is being exercised in strategically sensitive areas of the state, and during this, at the Alwar cantonment area, Mangat Singh came under suspicion and has been arrested,” said the officials.
Accused honey-trapped by Pakistani handler, provided sensitive details
Mangat Singh sent information about the Alwar Cantonment, a highly sensitive area and strategic location near the national capital, to a Pakistani female handler through social media, who honey-trapped him and lured him with money. He was sending information during Operation Sindoor as well.

Continuous monitoring under Operation Sindoor
Since Operation Sindoor, security agencies have been continuously monitoring the Alwar and Bharatpur areas. Two brothers were arrested from Deeg on charges of espionage four months ago.
